ishop ellie odgers is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Living Waters Ministries whom she has led for 27 years. She is also the founder and Presiding Prelate of Connected in the Kingdom Ministerial Alliance. Sharing in leadership is her husband, Co-Pastor Elder William Rodgers.​

Bishop Rodgers is dedicated to God and to fulfilling the assignment of God on her life. She is a woman whom God is using in these times to empower, equip, and educate His last-hour church. Anointed with an end-time Apostolic mandate on her life; Bishop Rodgers preaches and teaches revelatory messages of empowerment, hope, and deliverance to the Body of Christ. She loves the Lord and is passionate in her quest to whole-heartedly and completely do the will of Him who has commissioned her.

Bishop Rodgers is the founding Dean of Kingdom Manna Community Bible College which offers a quality of Bible based courses. She has a sincere passion for the work of ministry, teaching, and preaching the Gospel, for the people, and for seeing souls saved, healed, and delivered.

Bishop Rodgers is dedicated to God, to the members of Living Waters Ministries, and to the Pastors of the Connected in the Kingdom Ministerial Alliance.

OUR VISION
We will endeavor to be a multi-cultural body of disciples who will embrace sound doctrinal teachings; disciples that not only enhance the ministry but the entire body of Christ. We envision an empowering, holistic ministry that specializes in restoring, equipping, training, nurturing, and maturing each member physically, emotionally, spiritually, and socially. We envision worship opportunities for all to encounter God through worship and to receive power for daily living.
WHAT WE DO
It is our mission to be transformed disciples who serve and worship God while making other disciples, exhorting and equipping them for the advancement of the Kingdom of God.
OUR COMMUNITY
Living Waters Ministries is a church called into existence by God to be a place for worshipping our King, Almighty God. We teach Kingdom principles preparing people for life here on earth and in eternity. We are a church striving to be that holy people who God seeks; a people of love who embrace all who will come: a place of evangelism, exhorting, equipping and empowering.
